In case of any clarifications / disputes on our Invoice, kindly revert back to us within 7 working days of invoice receipt.
Under no circumstances will you dispute any invoice solely for the purpose of delaying, offsetting or damage / shortage of cargo or deducting any amount of any particular invoice(s).
Credit facility offered is as per RCNL guidelines & regulations and is subject to change from time to time as per company’s discretion.
All disputes, differences, claims or controversies of whatever nature arising out of or in relation to this agreement (“Dispute”), shall be referred to & be resolved by arbitration of a Sole Arbitrator appointed by “IMC International Arbitration Centre” (IIAC) & to be conducted in Mumbai in accordance with the Summary Claims Arbitration Procedure (SCAP16) Rules of IIAC prevailing on the date of reference of the Dispute & the Award made in pursuance thereof shall be final & binding on the parties.
